Be generous with praise.
You never know when you might change someone’s life.
When I was in high school, a teacher wrote on one of my reports, “I don’t know whether to grade this or publish it.”
I still have that faded, yellowed, handwritten paper.
It confirmed my secret desire to be a writer.
And gave me hope that I just might be able to do it.
A little praise and acknowledgement can go a long way.
Be generous with it.
