Avoid the Wall of Words.
If your text looks like this and all your thoughts run together and it’s really hard to tell where one thought ends and another begins then you have a Wall of Words problem. Dense sections of text are hard to read online and nearly impossible to read on a phone. Our eyes just can’t track where one line ends and another begins. So we give up and bounce. Which is exactly what you don’t want people to do. The idea is to present your thoughts and ideas in a way that is easy to consume, so people take the time to follow along.
